Assurance
All our tapes are produced to a consistent technical specification.
In the unlikely event of a tape failing on an application
it is intended for. We ask you to return the full consignment
of unused rolls within 7 working days from when the goods
were received.
Returns Policy
Our products are manufactured to consistent quality standards.
Our technical advice is offered in good faith but without
warranty. The user is responsible for testing the product
under their own conditions of use and assuring themselves
that it is suitable for their particular purpose.
In the unlikely event of a product being
faulty it must be returned to us within 7 working days from
receipt of order, in the original packaging, perfect condition
and unused with the exception of part of the product which
has been used and found to be faulty. We will replace or credit
faulty goods that do not meet the product specification and
you will be notified of the results of our analysis as soon
as available. It is very unusual for products in this market
to be faulty and therefore products can be purchased with
confidence for their intended use.
Where the product has been specially manufactured
to a customer's technical specification, then only goods found
to be faulty will be refunded or credited.

Our company is a BS EN ISO 9001 2000 accredited company and
is continually audited to ensure its products, personnel and
operating systems meet with the demands of the latest developments
in consumer quality assurance.
Prevention is better than cure
If you are unsure as to whether our product is suitable for
your application we suggest you contact us prior to ordering
your goods. Our team of advisor’s are on hand to assist
you in selecting the correct product for your evaluation.
The customer is responsible for testing the product under
their own conditions and use to assure themselves that it
is suitable for their particular purpose. Our samples and
technical advice is offered in good faith without warranty.
Should a complaint arise?
We very rarely receive a complaint and for this reason we
do not have a complaints dept.
We are confident in the service we offer and for this reason
if there were any aspect of our business you feel we can improve
we would like to hear from you and would ask you write to
