3M® 4947F Black VHB®
The 3M® VHB® range offers the strongest bond available of all adhesive tapes and an alternative bond to rivets, screws and welding. This product is part of a range and selection is based on the application, conditions and substrates to be bonded. As with all VHB® tape products thorough evaluation should take place prior to final adhesive selection. Cleanliness of the substrate is the key to a successful bond and a cleaning solution is available for this purpose.
3M® 4947F black is a closed cell acrylic foam 1.1mm thick, peel adhesion to stainless steel 35nu/10mm. Identical to 3M® 4941 except Black in colour.
